Policy & Terms
  1. I will follow all rules of conduct related to the use of Prep'nTime facilities during my assembly Session.
  2. I will not attend my Prep'nTime session if I have, or have been exposed to any communicable diseases including cold, flu, etc.
  3. I will promptly freeze my Prep'nTime meals following the conclusion of my assembly Session.
  4. I will follow the Baking/Cooking instructions specified on all meals.
  5. I will keep all dinners below 40°F (4.44°C) while in storage and I will heat all dinners to an internal temperature above 145°F (62.8°C) for steak, 155°F (68.3°C) for fish or ground beef and 165°F (73.9°C) for poultry when ready to eat.
  6. I assume full responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of all of my Prep'nTime meals.
  7. I agree to release Prep'nTime from all claims, damages and causes of action or liabilities which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of Prep'nTime meals, except if solely due to the gross negligence of Prep'nTime.
  8. I will not resell my Prep'nTime or use them for commercial service.
  9. I will have FUN!

By registering for and/or participating in the program, class, session or other event identified as Prep'nTime (the "Session"), hosted, promoted, endorsed or otherwise related to Prep'n Time Foods Inc., or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, including but not limited to "Prep'nTime", as well as its franchisees or any other entity related thereto, you hereby agree to the terms and conditions of this Waiver and Indemnity Agreement:

"FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of my participation in the Session, I hereby agree that I shall not assert any responsibility or liability adverse to Prep'n Time Foods Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries or franchisees, including, but not limited to "Prep'nTime" and their directors, officers, agents, members, representatives, and employees, in any manner whatsoever, for any aspect of the Session. I understand and agree that I will be solely responsible for, and assume the risk of, the food handling procedures which I employ during the course of the Session or after any food prepared by me is removed from Prep'nTime premises including, but not limited to, the freezing and refrigerating of the food. Prep'nTime recommends that all food prepared in connection with the Session be taken straight home immediately after the Session, placed in a freezer and allowed to remain frozen for a period of twenty-four (24) hours before being prepared for consumption. I understand the images on the site are not necessarily exact representations of the menu items. Further, I do hereby agree without exception to indemnify and hold harmless Prep'nTime, its affiliates, subsidiaries and franchisees and their directors, officers, agents, members, representatives, and employees from all responsibility for any injuries or damages I sustain, or that anyone affiliated with or connected with me in any way may sustain, in connection with or resulting directly or indirectly from my participation in the Session and the food handling procedures I, or anyone affiliated with or connected with me in any way, may employ after the Session.
