Chicken with White Wine-Brandy Marinade

Chicken with White Wine-Brandy Marinade

Description:

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts marinated in dry white wine, a touch of fruit brandy, herbs and other seasoning. It's a sophisticated yet casual sauteed chicken dish.  Straight from wine country! Prepared on the grill or in the oven.

Cooking Instructions

Thaw completely in refrigerator. Preheat grill (or broiler) to medium-high heat, oiling grates to prevent sticking. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Pat chicken dry with paper towel. Place on grill or on broiler pan (4-6”from heat) and cook 7-10 minutes per side or until browned on outside and juices run clear when pierced (internal temp of 165). Remove from heat and place on carving board for 5 minutes tented with foil. Slice on the diagonal and serve warm.
