Greek Salmon

Description:

Individual packets of salmon topped with a Greek “salsa” of tomatoes, feta, onions and herbs with a drizzle of lemon-mustard vinaigrette. Quick grilling and great eating!

Cooking Instructions

Thaw completely in refrigerator. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Clean and oil grates to prevent sticking. Place salmon packets on pre-heated grill, foil seams up, and cook, covered for 10-15 minutes or until done. To test for doneness, open one packet and insert the tip of a knife into center of salmon - middle of fish will flake fairly easily.
