Cooking Instructions
Thaw completely in refrigerator. Preheat grill to medium-high heat, clean and oil grates to prevent sticking. Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade. Place steak on grill and cook, covered, for 10-15 minutes a side, or until desired doneness. This cut of beef is best when not over-cooked. Remove from heat and let rest 10 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain.
