Yummy Honey Grilled Chicken

Description:

Boneless, skinless breasts are marinated in a mixture of soy, honey, vinegar, fresh parsley and ginger that grills up in minutes. It's good for your heart and sure to please your tummy too! 

Cooking Instructions

Thaw completely in refrigerator.

Add 2 Tbsp of oil or butter to a non-stick frying pan.  Cook chicken on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes each side or until done.  (Internal temperature should read 165F).

OR

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Clean and oil grates to prevent sticking. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill, covered for 5-8 minutes, turning once. Remove to a platter and let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Sugar snap peas and buttered noodles are great complements.
