Lean and quick cooking pork tenderloin gets a beautiful and tasty glaze with a marinade of molasses, 2 kinds of mustard and apple cider vinegar. Cooks fast on the grill or in the oven.
Cooking Instructions
Thaw in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 450 or grill to medium high. Remove pork from marinade and place on foil-lined baking sheet or on grill grates which have been cleaned and oiled. Roast (or grill, turning once) for 20-30 minutes until internal temperature of pork registers 155 degrees on an instant read thermometer. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with oven roasted potatoes, steamed buttered carrots and applesauce for a nice autumn meal.
