Thaw completely in refrigerator. Melt 1 Tbsp. of butter (or half butter half canola oil) in skillet set over medium-high heat. Remove fish from marinade and place carefully in skillet. Cook over medium-high heat for 5-8 minutes per side, turning once and basting with reserved marinade. When fish is done, remove from heat and serve with rice pilaf, steamed broccoli and fresh pineapple.
