Italian Pasta Belissimo!

Description:

A meatless lighter tasting pasta dish that transports you to the land of great food and vino.  A bright, flavorful sauce of basil pesto (contains nuts) with beans and sun-dried tomatoes and a splash of white wine. Pronto!

Cooking Instructions

Thaw completely in refrigerator. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta to desired degree of doneness. Drain pasta, reserving ½ c of cooking liquid. In same pot empty contents of sun-dried tomato bag to pan. Cook, stirring, until slightly thickened. Stir in beans just until heated through. Stir in pasta to coat, adding additional pasta cooking water if necessary to thin to desired consistency. Put pasta in serving dish and pass cheese separately. Serve with a crisp green salad, bread-sticks and or garlic bread.
