Cooking Instructions
Thaw completely in refrigerator. Add beef to the flour mixture and shake to coat. Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a heavy bottomed pot to medium hot. Brown beef in pot for 5 minutes. Add contents of the vegetable bag and sauté a further 5 minutes. Add the contents of the liquid bag and stir all pot contents well. Add the contents of the potato bag. Reduce to a slow simmer and cover for about 1 hour until potatoes and beef are tender. Please note cooking times vary. If the sauce is too thick add a little water, if it is too thin, remove lid to allow it to reduce. A slice of your favourite bread rounds out this hearty, healthy meal.
