Heat a skillet to *hot*, add the prawns and sauté for a 3 to 4 minutes. Add the wine and sauté for 1 minute. Add the cream and sauté
over low heat until prawns are firm. Remove prawns if needed to prevent from overcooking. Sauce is done when thickened and golden in colour. Serve over your favourite pasta or rice.
