Prawns with Roasted Garlic & Lime Cream

Quick cooking, colorful & tasty.  1 and 1/3 pounds of Big & Juicy prawns.  Roasted garlic.  Lime.  Cream.  What more needs to be said? 

Cooking Instructions

Heat a skillet to *hot*, add the prawns and sauté for a 3 to 4 minutes. Add the wine and sauté for 1 minute. Add the cream and sauté

over low heat until prawns are firm. Remove prawns if needed to prevent from overcooking. Sauce is done when thickened and golden in colour.  Serve over your favourite pasta or rice.
